Social & Emotional Learning

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is a globally recognized, evidence-based approach focused on developing skills that enhance emotional intelligence, mental resilience, mindful decision-making, and healthy relationships with oneself and others.

SEL is a process through which children, adolescents and adults acquire and apply knowledge, attitudes, and skills to:
understand and regulate their emotions
connect with others with empathy
make responsible and thoughtful decisions
healthy

Educational Neuroscience

Our Educational Neuroscience programs integrate cutting-edge scientific knowledge about the brain and learning, offering a deeper understanding of how we learn, how emotions affect cognitive function, and how to design learning environments that honor the needs of the developing mind.
